Life Coach Training – Let Your Client Find Their Own Answers

Today I learned something quite interesting on the life coach training course.

No matter how great the urge is, you must NOT give your opinion. You need to allow your client to find their own answers inside of them. In my opinion this is totally true. Even if you feel that you know the answer to your clients problem.

The reason you don’t want to give them your opinion is because your opinions are based on your life experiences and your perception. If you can help dig the answer out of your client, then you are helping them in more ways than one.

Firstly, they come to the answer on their own which will be their own idea, and they are way more likely to act upon it because it was their idea. (This is not to be confused with manipulation, which never works in the long run and in the end has a negative outcome.)

Secondly, you are training your client to get the answers for themselves. It is your job as a life coach to help your client become self sustaining and not always looking to someone else for their answers.

Now the question comes to my mind, how do you do this and not let my opinions get involved? Well, this I can’t answer right now, so hopefully the answer will be revealed later in the course.

But up to this point in my life coach training, so far there has been some very good information in this package and I would recommend anyone interested in life coaching to take this course. Even if you don’t plan to make a profession as a life coach.

You can grab your copy of “Life Coaching Secrets” by clicking here.

Update: There are example from other life coaches that more clearly illustrates this point. They give you a good idea of guiding and not offering advice.

Life Coach Training – Turns Out That I Have Life Coach Skills Naturally

After diving in to the main course of my life coach training, I have realized that I have actually been offering coaching services to my friends free of charge.

Because I am highly self motivated, very often I have friends who need motivation and it it comes up in casual conversation.

I offer ideas that I think would help them and I moved on.

After learning inside the course what fundamentally, life coaching is, I realized that I have been doing that for my friends a lot more often than I have realized.

To name a few:

Helping the client to ascertain what they want from life – I have been doing that all along. It sometimes blows me away how may of my friends don’t have any idea what they actually want. All their goals are non specific. They just know that want more.

Helping the client to establish a doable plan of action – This requires creativity and often the “client” can’t see past their own nose as far as where to start.

Providing techniques and strategies to help the client deal with obstacles, negative thoughts or mental blocks – This one came from all my studying to improve myself. I just learned a good technique, so I shared it.

I never actually thought of myself as a life coach. I never even considered me as “worthy” enough. I always saw myself as a student towards self improvement. Now looking back, I have learned more that I know.

So my unofficial recommendation as an upcoming life coach, if you are interested in the life coach training, then I would suspect that that you might already be half-way there. It’s obviously by the fact that you are reading this blog, that you have at least a small passion for helping others. Who knows, maybe it’s bigger than you think. Mine was.

Think back and see how many people you offered encouragement, or ideas of things they could do to reach their goal. You may have been a coach for years now, just not realizing your true potential.

Life Coach Training – You Are What You Eat

What do foods have to do with life coach training? Well as I mentioned in my last post, I was reading the “18 Rules of Happiness” to make sure that I was well grounded myself before I try to help others.

In the appendix of this book, it describes “feel good foods”. So obviously there are foods that help with your emotions. It makes sense, eat health and you will be happy.

Well, this brings to mind a very good friend of mine Don Tolman. He is the “Whole Food Medicine Cowboy”. He speaks about using whole organic foods as medicine for whatever “ails ya”. He has a lot of information on his website, along with his blog. I recommend that you check him out.

With healthy food for a happy you, Don Tolman will definitely impress you. His message is so simple.

PS.
There are also a number of recommended songs in the “18 Rules of Happiness” that should help your mood.

Beautiful Day – U2

New Day – Celine Dion

To name a few.

It’s a good read with helpful tips that I feel will help you in your life coach training.

Life Coach Training – You Must Be Happy Yourself Before You Can Help Others

I personally think that in order to be of much help to others as a Life Coach, I myself need to be happy and ground in my own emotions. Since whatever you have going on the inside will manifest on the outside, I want to make sure I am at peace with myself.

So because of the fore mentioned reasons, I decided to review the “18 Rules of Happiness” course, before I actually get into the Life Coach Training portion of the course.

Be patient with the book because you don’t actually get into the 18 rules until you hit page 32. So with that in mind, don’t give up.

The first rule was simply to stop feeling sorry for yourself.

That is huge. So often we want to jump into self pity. This is a crippling emotion and will only grow if we give it fuel.

Obviously in the eBook there is a lot more details and ideas around the simple rule, but none the less, it’s worth considering.

As a side note, I prefer to think of these rules as guide lines. For me the term “rules” seems like a chore. Let’s face it, I hate rules.

Anyway, be aware of your self pity and notice when you are feeling sorry for yourself and you can make a conscious choice to stop it.

I think this is absolutely necessary to master before you can help others as a life coach.

See you next time as I share my life coach training experience.

Life Coach Training – You Can’t Get Certified If You Never Open The Package

I finally got around to looking at the Life Coach Training system today. I know it’s been over a year since it shipped, and that brings to mind a huge key in ones journey to success.

That key is that if you don’t start life coach training, you will NEVER succeed

It’s obvious, and I am totally guilty. But I am here now, ready to start my journey to becoming a certified life coach with this life coach training course.

I inserted the CD and I can view all the files.

The life coach training course has 3 PDF files

It looks as if it is a 3 part course, with some extras.

It also has a bonus guide called “More Life Coaching Secrets”, and a PDF file that you can print for your certification. You might think that you could just print the certification and not actually take the course, but that would in the end make you look like a fool when you try to help someone and it’s obvious that you don’t know what you are doing. So resist the urge to cheat and go through the training.

The additional audio and eBook “18 Rules To Happiness” looks to be very good. I am excited to go through all of the audios. They are great because I can listen to them while I drive or in my MP3 player while I am cleaning or whatever.

I look forward to reporting back how it goes with the life coach training course.

Life Coach Training Program Shipped Today!

Wow, I am so excited!

I just got the confirmation email for my order of the Life Coach Training program today.  My training has now been shipped and will be here in a few days.. Awesome!

Life Coach Training Course Comes On a CD-Rom

They say my Life Coaching Secrets CD-Rom contains EVERYTHING I need to get started in the world of life coach training….

The CD is loaded.

It apparently contains the three-week life coach training course, a bonus 45-page secrets guide, a printable life coach training diploma, and “The 18 Rules of Happiness” book and audio (with full distribution rights).

Lifetime Life Coach Training Support

I also get lifetime support, no-cost shipping and a $150,000 life coach training guarantee.

I wonder if the lifetime support is on the phone, through email or through a web form.  I did see that they had live chat on their site, so maybe that’s how they do it.  We’ll just have to wait and see.

What intrigues me is the $150,000 Life Coach Training Guarantee.  I don’t recall them saying anything about it, so my mind is wondering how they could offer a such a huge guarantee on a product that sells for less than $50.

I Also Get A Bonus 25 Minute Life Coach Training Q & A Audio

As an added bonus, my CD includes 25-minutes of life coach training in the form of a Q & A audio.  They claim it answers questions such as how much should you charge, and what niche markets you should enter.

I can’t wait for this to come, I will let you all know when I get it.  Stay tuned!

Maybe I will start a life coach training business and invite you all to be my clients.   :-)

Life Coach Training – My Experiences

My Experiences With Life Coach Training

Hey I’m Ellen,

First things first, thanks for visiting this website dedicated to my experiences with Life Coach Training.

In the next few posts, you will find a comprehensive review of a product called Life Coach Secrets, by Bradley Thompson, which focuses on the best kept secrets of life coach training.

I have been searching for an affordable life coach trainer that could offer me one-on-one personal training.  I discovered that life coach training doesn’t come cheap and most life coach trainers are priced way out of my budget.

I Needed Life Coach Training And I Needed It Now, So I Kept On Searching!

Some of my friends suggested that I look online for someone offering life coach training, but again, I didn’t have the monthly fee that they required for their one-on-one personal life coaching training skills.  What a bummer, I needed a life coach and I needed one now, so I kept on searching.

Affordable Life Coach Training

A few days later (yes a few days, I have a busy schedule), I ran across an offer for a course on Life Coach Training called Life Coaching Secrets.

The course is very affordable, so I decided to go for it.  Beats the heck out of paying upwards of $600 per month for personal life coach training, and they claim I could do it all in a short 3 weeks time.

The package should be here in a day or two and I will post more as I get into it and give a more thorough review of it.

I invite you to check back in a few days to see how things are progressing.

See ya then,

Ellen

P.S.  I just found out that this course on life coach training, is also going to teach me to be a personal life coach trainer as well.
